Fourth of July
While the rest of the country sweltered, up in Down East Maine, there was spectacular weather to be had. All week long we were treated to sunshine, cool temps and a few showers thrown in. The week of festivities culminated in a great fireworks display tonight. Sitting out on the jetty at low tide, being eaten alive by mosquitoes that know no fear, I was able to capture a few choice images.
Happy birthday America.
