Fall
Back from my trip through the Adirondacks, VT, NH, and Maine. Wow, the area is simply beautiful. Part of the trip was photography related and the other part was trip scouting for next year. Lots to think about and many images to process.
Here is one of my favorite images from my last camp spot of the week, a beautiful lean to built right on the Machias River. The fall colors were spectacular as the sun rose up along the river. I spent an hour right at the shore, photographing the stream, trees, and water. As I walked back up the hill, I turned for one last look and saw this scene. This is my favorite image from the entire morning. As I say, it is all about opening up, looking around, changing the way you see.
Peace-
