Fund Raising Effort
After returning from the Chic Chocs, it is clear that I have destroyed my only camera (except my GoPro), so I have to do something immediately to fix this issue. I am going to produce a series of travel journals that will have anywhere from 20 to 40 images along with inspirational quotes and messages from my travels. These books will ship out in mid June, but I would like to do pre-orders now. I am asking for donations of $25 for the 5x8 size book (20 pages) and $50 for the 6x9 size book (40 pages). Of course you are welcome to donate more as everything helps.
Example of book styleIn the age of digital media, the art of taking pen to paper has become somewhat of a lost art. Personally, as I have traveled around the globe these past three years, writing with pen in my journals has been instrumental in my own personal growth. There is just something very Authentic about putting that pen to paper that I don't quite get when writing on a computer. With that in mind, these two books will be in a 'Journal' style. The pages will be lined for your own travel writing, with every other page containing one of my favorite travel images. Spread throughout the books will be messages, quotes and other sayings that have helped to move me forward in my own spiritual and personal growth.
For each VIP notebook I will make a $10 donation to either a cycling related charity, the Adventure Cycling Association, or to a Ocean related charity, The New England Aquarium's Right Whale efforts. Your donation will help on multiple fronts.
